Well, I'm not expecting greatness in it being the best volume ever, but even NT14 was entertaining to me. Maybe I just haven't been in this fandom long enough to become skeptical and jaded like all the normal people...?

Anyways, I find it kind of funny that they are going to run into each other like this. But quite possibly the funniest thing about it is that it won't even be his own school, since it got destroyed by HP, so...that begs the question. Which school is Toumas class going to? I really really hope that he ends up at Uiharu and Saten's school lawlz. But I know this is too much hilarity to ask for

I wonder what it really means. Is there hope for one of the Level 5s to be relevant and make an appearence?

The term used in the original Japanese can be translated as "lead someone by the nose".
Manipulate, coerce into doing something... in any case, she's bad news for the Level 5s.

sounds possible,
the synopsis wouldnt mention them if not at least one of them becomes a enemy because the are manipulated,
from how it seems, i think the girl simply fools the Lvl5 :/
who is possible:
accelerator: girl manages to create a scenario where LO/sisters somehow get killed or abducted or experiemented on, and somehow she manages to connect this in a believable way with touma and co not really possible :/
beetle-kakine: mhhh, no idea, he is like the mascor of fremea, but at the same time he wouldnt go on a specialised hunt if people killed her (abducting is something else) :/ and it seems pretty impossible doing such a scenario in a way which makes touma and co be culprits
misaka: .....nope, she will show up but i dont think it will happen that she becomes the bad guy :/
mugino: best chance, she isnt lose to touma and co and if there is a hint connecting the "death " of her close ones with them than it is possible to see her fight them...

Well, the High Priest did do a number on A Certain High School. I imagine that the student population was dispersed accordingly.

I doubt that the little sister's name was Salome arbitrarily. And her ability to "mislead" level 5s, does it not sound similar to the original Selome's? What if Salome misleads people using similar techniques to the original Salome? (her being half-naked solidifies this theory too, seeing that the original Salome was erotic/seductive)
Also Salome's appearence strikes me as anything but a japanese So I am expecting her to be either a magician using an idol theory based on the original Salome, or a gemstone coming from abroad.

Spoiler for A hypothesis (in other words, a complete nonesense):

Maybe she'd be one of those gemstones AC brought in during SS2? And then Kamisato came to stay with her as a "family member/protector/etc..." It'd give a reason why AC moght let him in if he had a relative there

Not sure why everyone's getting so excited about the mention of level 5's, though, or maybe I'm just being too cynical in thinking it sounds like a passing thing.

That girl looks like quite the temptress, though. Can't help to think this "power" is some form of weaponized moe that makes people do things, ala Agitate Halation.
