I think that the reason she buys cheap stuff is due to like they said she sends most of her money home to her Granny. She’s a strong independent woman so I don’t see her asking Issei for money. I’m pretty sure Issei wouldn’t mind it though since he cares for her deeply but hasn’t admitted it just yet. Vol 25 will be a great read.

He shows through his actions how much he cares for her even though he hasn't admitted it himself yet, right? Like that scene in the bath in Volume 17 (I think it was?), where he comforted her when she was feeling down and insecure.

Yes I believe you are right. It was right after they got confronted by Grayfias Brother Euclid and he touched her hair and said he wanted her. She was pretty upset about it and Issei comforted her and said he wouldn’t let anyone take her if I’m remembering correctly.

And I'm sure Rossweisse being so cheap is because she's rather conservative with her money and likes spending it in the best and cheapest way possible. Ishibumi intended it more as a joke than any money problems.

I think it's a joke of the character, like the sadism of akeno or the perversion of issei

since I do not see myself as a gondul with money prizes, since it is said to be famous and is Nordic ... for the love of God they are Nordic, if the Nordic countries are now considered as the best in the world and I do not see their gods in worse condition.

Ise's perversion is played for laughs, but he also gets breast-related power-ups. Like that Ultra Wave Milk Cannon (is that what it's called?).

@Ishibumi: As others have said, Rose sends the money she makes to Gondul back home. So that's probably part of the reason for her fixation on 100 Yen items.

Hopefully we get more than two or three illustrations. And maybe Miyama will illustrate a new character. My bet is on Ouryuu, Roygun, Bova, or Crom Cruach. And we need to at least see the illustrations of Strada, Lint, Indra, Shiva, Baalberith, Hades(when hasn't the main villain of each arc hasn't been illustrated?), and Ajuka(we never got a light novel illustration of him despite his role in the series)

Hades is basically a skeleton with black robes, look for a picture of Bleach's Espada #2 in release form that should basically be how hades looks like
