Well, look at it this way, Hibiki teleported to where she is (hiding next to Akitsuki) to not only get away from the known creepy someone (Yuubari), but also away from the usually quiet someone who is known to suddenly go yandere and breaks out the anchor and torpedo to club someone (Inazuma, aka "Plasma-chan" aka "She Who Trolls Poor Little Miyuki")

Something I realized just now - The sentences Nagato says are the same the Narrator says in EP 1.
So theory: Old woman (EP 1 Narrator) == Nagato?
