Oreshura Light Novel Vol. 7 Question

At this time I've been unable to find a translation for this particular volume, but before I go off and try to find one I've got a question concerning the contents.

Spoiler for The question is about a currently released light novel volume, directed towards those who have read it, its hidden for those who have not the prior volume to not reveal a particular plot element.:

Since Vol. 6 ended up leaving off on a cliffhanger of sorts, at this has Masuzu and Eita renewed their relationship at all, or have ties still been severed.

I'd looked into that one, didn't see much in the way of information with regards to Vol. 7 considering translations are slow to come out, though I'll ask the question there and see if anyone gets around to answering it.
