okay, finally after 5 years or so i found my interest in books again, but not normal books like from Stephen King and such but mostly about Japan and culture and sstories about Samurai, Geisha etc.

it started when i read a book from a certain series of sort, the first book was called "Across the Nightingale floor", the others arent released in this country yet

with was about Samurai, you could put it into those rpg like books about knights and such

recently i found a trailer of the movie : Memmoirs of a Geisha, witch attracted me soo much that i went looking for the book, currently i am reading it, it was done by Arthur Golden and a nice piece of work it is

but it is really hard to find such books about stories of Samurai and other Japanese things, i would really like to read things about Onmyo, but if i ask people would want me to explain it first and at the library there is no such data that matches japanese words

it is because of my trouble finding books that i made this topic, if any1 has read books about subjects that have to do with Japanese culture, or simply take place in Japan, prefferably in the fuedal ages of the samurai etc. please put the title and writer and maybe an opinion as a reply, i would eally appreciate it if you would, thank you

Haruki Murikami is my all time favourite writer. Try Kafka on the shore and Wind-up Bird Chronicle.
