I remember this weird manga series that had this little girl who was dark and twisted like Alucard but was also a nympho, a four-armed assassin, and a boy who I think was a wolf

. I know it exists, and I would appreciate it if someone could find it and tell me the name.

Just by running key words from your description through Google I found a manga called Tokyo Red Hood. I haven't read it and in fact had never heard of it before I found it just now, but it has a guy named Mr. Wolf and a four-armed assassin. The synopsis I read had mention of lolis and sex, and the main character appears to be a corruption of Little Red Riding Hood (hence the name, I suppose). That it?

Yes, that is it. I wanted to read it again and see if it was as messed up as I remembered.
