Apparently Louise (the villain) hate Sarge so much.
As for her relationship with Leon, it's good and there is high possibility she'd join but maybe after she stopped thinking Leon as her little brother replacement(maybe in vol 6).
Also, her father tease her about marrying Leon.
And if we follow WN plot, after commonwealth fucked up and her father being executed, pretty sure she definitely would abandoned Sarge and went to Leon's.

Okay, so I basically binge read the LNs and while I am interested in the series because it shows what the Otome Game situation looks like from the outside, this has a lot of dark implications and plays off some dark stuff as gags that I don't think the author has really thought though.
