Volume 6's synopsis says the sacred tree asked for Louise as a sacrifice to itself and that Louise will accept due to seeing an illusion of her deceased little brother asking her to do it. So Who knows? Maybe on the LN the sacred tree destruction plan will begin for Louise's sake

Seven seas publishes the books even faster than j-novel club , 5 or even 6 volumes per year, at its usual pace the book should be published on Christmas of 2021.

Seven Seas doesn't force their digital and physical releases at the same time like what Yen Press does. This means that can release digital volumes much faster like JNC.

The average release schedule for Seven Seas digital releases is 2-3 months per volume whereas their physical release is the more common 4 months per.

One of their newer releases Kuma Kuma is on a one month release schedule so then having translated up to volume 3 is definitely possible.

Also note too that's is implied that Seven Seas doesn't have the Marie SS licensed , so that's a good 1/4 a volume they don't have to translate.

I suspect that they'll compile the Marie SS chapters into volumes later on. There's more than enough chapters for a volume.

When Seven Seas announced they licensed it, someone asked them if they also have the Marie SS and they said that they will release everything in the volumes. This likely means they won't be releasing the Marie SS because those weren't in the volumes themselves, but were a gift for doing a survey.
