Yea he said that, it's like that mouse in Mardock Scramble, but Raka only manifested those combat equipment in combat mode, normally his form is the Tiara.

I just would like to take a moment to mention how hilarious, and awesome, it is that small catgirl slave, uses the pronoun wagahai to introduce herself, even if only in her head.

he don't want to get disturbed during critical moment, so he make sure to take care all trouble beforehand
yet he is not perfect
9 out of 10, trouble will still come toward him due remnants of those organizations
