Naruto The Movie: The Last (12/6/14) Spoilers, Leaks & Speculation

Gokage meeting because the moon is approaching the Earth and will destroy it at this rate.
Kakashi thinks this is related to the Otsutsuki clan.
Naruto, Sakura, Shikamaru, Sai and Hinata to investigate (Toneri kidnapped Hanabi before this, so Hinata joins the investigation to save her sister)

They go to the last location where they saw Hanabi, and find a strange lake there: you don't get wet from it. Naruto enters and finds himself in a genjutsu full of past moments. That's where he realizes Hinata's feelings.
There's a cave in the lake, they separate into 2 groups: Naruto + Hinata and the rest.
Toneri says his ancestor is Hamura, who is also the ancestor of the Hyuuga clan. He's going to destroy the world to comply with Hamura's testament, and so he kidnapped Hanabi to awaken the Sage eye (or whatever it is that it's supposed to be).
Naruto arrives and saves Hinata.
The other group had to fight some spiders and found themselves in a place with a bended sea and an artificial sun.
So Naruto and co. start to investigate there. During the investigation, Hinata sees the past of Hamura's descendents perishing, and learns of the existence of the Sage eye (?). She realizes that Hamura didn't want to destroy the world created by the Sage of the 6 Paths (no shit), and that only the Hyuuga clan can destroy the Sage Eye. So she comes to a decision.
In the evening, while she's knitting a scarf, Naruto confesses to Hinata (the viewer doesn't remember clearly everything that happened during the investigation). Hinata is happy but also troubled. Toneri arrives to get Hinata, to marry her to complete his ancestor's legacy, and to save Hanabi and destroy the Sage's eye, Hinata accepts. Naruto wants to stop him but his chakra gets stolen.

Naruto wakes up after 3 days. Naruto has lost motivation, and Shikamaru says even if he's dumped, what about his dream of becoming Hokage?
Shikamaru takes him to see Sakura, and he sees her lying there unable to get up, and realizes that Sakura gave him all her chakra to restore his. Sakura tells Naruto "You said before that you like me, but the me you liked is the Sakura who likes Sasuke."
She tells him a woman's like doesn't change so easily, so Hinata still likes him for sure.

So Naruto decides to save Hinata.
Meanwhile, Toneri looks inside the sleeping Hinata's memories and find that it's all Naruto (lol), so he starts to be on guard against her, and refuses to tell her when she asks where the Sage Eye is.
Hinata finds it anyway, wants to destroy it, gets stopped and controlled instead.
blablabla Shikamaru finds a passage to the Otsutsuki city on the moon. Naruto charges in and stops the wedding from taking place. Naruto, Shikamaru and Sai chase them. Toneri controls Hinata to fight Naruto, Naruto apologizes to her and hits her abdomen, undoing the control. Toneri stops Naruto and wants to control her again. Hanabi's byakugan awakens then, and Hinata takes Naruto to where the Sage Eye is. They break it together.

A big stone is falling on Konoha. Lee breaks half, but the rest is falling towards Konoha. They suddenly explode and disappear. Kakashi sees Sasuke saying "When he isn't here, I'll be the one to protect the village." (what, that's it?)
So the debris overhead are cleared, and they plan to destroy the approaching moon, but because Naruto and Hinata broke the Sage Eye, the moon stops approaching.
But Hanabi's awaked byakugan become a Sage Eye, so Toneri's body glows green, and the moon starts approaching again, something about Hamura's statue.
Naruto calls Kyuubi who shows up. Big fight between Naruto and Toneri. Toneri uses a technique to cut the moon in half, and Naruto calls Kyuubi who shows up. Big fight between Naruto and Toneri. Toneri uses a technique to cut the moon in half, and just when he thinks he won, Naruto attacks with tajuu kage bunshin and finally defeats him.
Hinata retrieves Hanabi's byakugan from Toneri, Toneri awakens a second time, but loses control because of too much chakra loss. Naruto braves the danger to save Toneri (wtf), and Hinata then takes him to the resting place of his perished clan, and Toneri realizes Hamura's true intentions, and decides never to approach the Earth again.
Then on the way back, Naruto and Hinata recall past events, then Naruto hugs Hinata and the two kiss under the moon.
Epilogue is the wedding, and then there are their kids, Bolt and Himawari from the end of the manga.

The thing I like about it is Sakura's role in all of this. It wasn't enough to sink the ship, they had Sakura sink NS for us. this is going to be fireworks if indeed true

Yeah, there's a lot of stuff missing, like the whole deal with the scarf, and how Naruto actually falls in love with Hinata for that matter.

Konohamaru was holding his own against the rain ninjas and his teammates struggle. He try to protect them last minute and something goes wrong. Hanabi's team comes in and she pulls a Temari on him. At home after the exam the sisters are talking about it and she talks about how brave he was to put his life on the line. Hinata makes the comment that he is becoming more like Naruto, but Hanabi makes the remark Naruto is hotter. Hinata is just speechless. Then Hanabi acts tsundere and says he is not bad either while blushing.

Yes and notice how the choice for Sakura was to appease her while the choice for Hinata was Naruto admitting that is the kind of girl he likes? Guess the people at Cyber probably knew more then we realized at the time?

Yeah and that Hanabi wasn't real so hence she didn't make a canonical appearance, I get the whole movie is Kishimoto's way of saying yeah I didn't forget about Hanabi but I just think it's kinda funny and can imagine in a joke omake or something that Naruto admits to Hinata he's completely forgotten Hinata has a sister despite Hanabi being (though not intentionally of course) the reason for Hinata's struggles.

Maybe this is just me but I still think the first one sounded more real, if this one is real I REALLY hope there's more to it then that, cause at least the first one covered itself up more, sigh...this wondering I HAVE to know what is real! Lol

Yeah, it's the question how much CC2 did know about some story arcs even though they never showed the Obito reveal and went for an anime game original ending instead.

But yeah, Naruto could react a little that way... seeing how he actually never interacted with Hanabi (or even Hisashi), one wonders how much he knows about the Hyuugas.

Heh I already pictured this in my head, I imagine Toneri will be playable and the Last versions of Naruto and Hinata will be their own characters (MAYBE Sasuke and anyone else the Last will probably just be a new costume)

so that means there be three playable Naruto's (pre, shippuden and the Last) and 3 Hinata's (again pre, shippuden and the Last)

pair up the Last Naruto and the Last Hinata and you'd get a team title something like "Betrothed" or "Lovers united by the Red Scarf" or something lol

With NaruHina wedding costume (traditional Japanese wedding costume, I guess?) as pre-order bonus? Sweet. LOL.

Naruto and Hinata surely will get their new playable state (Naruto is wearing scarf maybe?) as well as new combination attack;
Some of Sasuke animation may be changed since he's without left arm, maybe there'll be combination attack when paired with Sakura?
I hope another pairs got new combination attack (I wonder how it'll be with Chouji & Karui also Ino & Sai, I have so little doubt for Shikamaru & Temari)



Also, maybe Naruto will got "Seventh Hokage" DLC;
Shunshin, combined with Kagebunshin, Rasengan and Six Path Sage Mode-- overpowered character.

How reliable are these spoilers? I've been looking through Reddit, Tumblr, and a few other forums, and I've been seeing some posts from each site talking about how none of the spoilers are reliable because they all originate from the same few posts that eventually propagated through everyone quoting one another.

Does anyone personally know a member of the audience who went to see the screening? I'm still considering whether or not to give up hope for my nearly-sunk ships

If any of your ships were sunk by chapter 700, they're sunk, the movie won't change them. Also, remember that this was a preview screening that only showed a part of the movie, so it'll be incomplete information no matter what.

what nearly sunk ships are those? almost everyone besides a few have confirmed pairings.
