i'm really curious, did those noble sisters really have bad personalities or reputations before their sickness? like what is the deal with them, are they going to be important to the plot later on?

But that line really caught me off guard, since i was drinking my tea.....so yeah...also they mentioned about scolding (punishing) their own father and the even the wife was participating in the scolding (punishing), lol'd at that aprt since makoto somewhat knows what just happened inside his head but didn't mentioned it

I just thought of this, Makoto have to fight a army (you decide which), he summons a Mecha from asora and uses the magic armor, whole enemy army quits because a gundam with a stand is too overkill.

Just read all translated chapter. So good. The story, the characters all just great. It gaves Wuxia vibes except there is no revenge plot and MC is not a prick.

Does anybody have the covers of the volumes?

Also does anybody knows if there is translated extras?

Is there a differences in WN and LN?

Try to search the japanese name on google, you should easily find the covers, try it even on amazon jap for focused results, some covers were posted in this thread but good luck in finding them.
I think the side characters POV's chapters are the extras, the translator recently said he isn't going to do them but maybe he TL'ed the old ones.
There is some differences between the 2, the translator is working on the old version of the WN who wasn't edited with the changes in the LN, give a go to the manga and you will understand what I mean.

The 100th chapter was nice, long and clear.

Pretty sure Kyoptions will be translating the side stories. Reigokai was talking to one of the editors on the site's chatango about how the side stories will be done.
For those wondering, Kyoptions is the group translating the LN version of Death March.
