No, I don't think even most believers are allowed- only those who are pure would be allowed to touch that crazy sister.

Form what I gathered, its actually her feeling physical pain when her body reacted to Touma's right hand. This implies that she is an exceptionally magical individual, even moreso than most mages, and that the mere presence of Imagine Breaker is enough to cause sever pain.

If the clothes were magical, I think something similar to episode 1 (first season) would happen.
And all the magicians who were not only touched but punched before didn't really receive additional pain due to being a magician.
The wheel of catherine is Lucia's source of magic.
I'm not sure if he could neglect the wheel completely by touching it but once it is activated it will explode and the fragments will fly towards him and since only his right hand neglects magical sources his rest of the body wouldn't be protected from the wooden fragments.

Anyway , as usual Touma's fight are "weak" . I mean , he thrown some sort of liquid on the girl's eyes and jump on her , she already fainted lol?

I dunno, I appreciate that fights in Index aren't all "I have a bigger laser than you". It actually involves a lot of strategy, and power levels or tiers are basically non-existent.

I rather liked this episode, I thought the fights were decent, especially the ones at the end. The twist at the end is obvious in hindsight, really should have seen that coming, if I had thought about it more. Index doesn't do much in the way of helping, but when she does, it's usually pretty cool. I have this idea that the swords were giving them their powers,or they have some kind of bond to their swords anyway.

The entire series is more like a 'normal' guy taking on many overpowered people. From season 1, we already have a firestarter, an 'enhanced' human, a reality warper, an overpowered telekinesis guy, an Archangel and so on. I agree with everything except the last part, which I have to add "next to the power of his right fist".

the Amakusa gang looks like another "cool looking, big talking but in the end get whacked and became friends" group in Index, they cannot even prevent Orsola from escaping...

You do have to remember that the Amakusa were being attacked by 200+ nuns, and they themselves only have about 20 people- that in and of itself makes them pretty amazing. 20 people verses 200 and to hold out for quite some time? It's a good job that they did.

Speaking of powers, notice how the Amakusa guys refer to Kanzaki as the Priestess and not the Saint. This shows that power is not the reason why these guys respect her.

So glad this is keeping up with the pace of excitement of the ending episodes of the first series (which I finished last week so this is awesome timing!). Really enjoyed that episode, it would seem all of the nuns are afraid of Imagine Breaker, the nun from last episode with the Red hair didn't want to go near his right hand either, maybe they're very magical individuals and are almost scared by it?

Even though Touma is so weak, I can't help but love the fight scenes. They're not over the top and they generally involve a lot of stratergy, it's almost kind of cool seeing Touma win because he's usually very outgunned, outarmed or whatever in every single fight.

Just pointing it out - Touma touched Lucia on the shoulder with his LEFT hand (went back and check the episode, see 20:03)... IB probably have nothing to do with why Lucia went berserk ^^;
