YOu meant Hisashi? Well he is also well know for his beautiful illustration in that novel and in many of his Hentai manga as well though I get the feeling that Miyama Rei-sensei might be better at drawing out Kanna's badassness than Hisashi.

I was worried when things were going to have a chance to go horribly wrong, and here we are.

Also, Faima casually raising a flag that they won't find any new discoveries.
I wonder if there'll just happen to be an elemental there that can give Kanna a new element that isn't ice.
You know, like the one that the evil princess is looking for.

So I assume this chapter was a Chloe getting over being a 'dunce' black wolf flag.
Since she learned how to do a magic (lightning) strengthening technique like all the cool kids. Despite not being aware of it at all, this useless dog.
And Kanna was impressive for being able to hit her right in the butt while she was moving so quickly.

Kanna said his new bomb was pretty effective against a group of monsters, but we didn't get to know exactly how effective. Like how many it completely froze, to what extent and radius others were slowed, etc.
Plus he designed it in mind of fighting an A rank asshole so I'm looking forward to when he inevitably has to test it against the mage(s) in the woods.
Wonder if the one-arm yandere flatty is gonna be there. Maybe he can test it on her too.
