IIRC, the contest stopped because the Dragon that was hiding in the crowd reacted to the Oppai FLASH Beam. So, the contest was stopped.

Because of the Dragon's reaction with Oppai Beam, Albion told Ddraig not to get close to him as he might get infected too. (Poor poor Albion, he doesn't know what's in store for him.) [EDIT: This SS was published on November 2011, so this probably happened after Volume 10]

EDIT: Wait. Something's wrong here. Gonna investigate.

EDIT2: Okay. I get it now. It is not from January 2011, but November 2011. Misread 11 as 1. That's why I thought it was before Volume 9 (published on April 2011). So, this SS is AFTER Volume 10. (published on September 2011).

And it was not an Oppai Beam. It is just an Oppai FLASH.

If Irina is/was going to join any ones peerage as even a stand in it would be Issie's or Rias'. Especially after Issie's near death in volume 12.

Than again I suppose it depends on if this rematch is before or after said "death". Even if it's before said event I'd find it difficult to believe she stood in for anyone but Rias.

Its probably gonna be between 10 and 11 so after they've officially become a couple but before the events that led to his death.

As for Irina i get the distinct feeling that she will stay in heaven and become the liason for heaven between the devils fallen angels and angels.

I'd imagine it would also be of interest to the Maou to see if they could fit the brave saints into the current system as well since they did mention earlier in the novel about the possibility of Brave Saints vs Evil Piece rating games in the future.
