Just skimmed through it and yeah the Interludes are nice. I went through the Passage you were talking about and nicely done, YP.

I'm actually surprised zashiki-warashi made it in. Can I take that as a totally unrelated confirmation?

Why is it listed under manga, comics and graphic novels when it isn't?

Shouldn't it just be under novels > fantasy/science fiction and then the same under geographic origin? That's how they are indexed on other sites here.

My copy arrived today.

First thoughts:

1. I prefer the inner cover with Himegami and Aurelious to the main cover

2. Comic/Manga ... Choose one and stick to it, don't switch, it draws attention to the fact that its technically incorrect to call it a comic (in the same way as an American book set in England using trunk instead of boot).

What did they do in the afterword?

I'm already use to Blue Hair and the Family/Given name switch. Ms.Miki is so hilarious I don't care if they keep it. Though, I wonder if it'll change because I bet the translations/editing was done a while ago.

Nah. I'm still imagining Miki as Onimaru Miki from Muteki Kanban Musume, beating down everyone in his/her path while screwing up the ramen deliveries.
