I think it already happens during Elfrieden's Civil War when Jeanne is visiting Van to negotiate with Souma. They do share information and networks that benefit both.

I think what Jackson is asking is whether the secret is out.

At this point, it doesn't really matter. If the Primer Minister of one country is marrying the royal of another and in turn a royal is marrying the king of the first country, then it is public that they are allies against a common threat.

Already confirmed in LN v13, "Turgis" is entering the "Ocean Alliance" (a military alliance which focuses on Navy) that Souma creates, along with "Nine Headed Dragon Archipelago".
Maria wanted to join it, but Souma doesn't allow that, as Empire is connected to the "Treaty".

I wish it would be later evolved to full military Alliance. Tugris armies are incredibly strong on lands since most of their people are quite bulky and strong, also the freaking mammoths (thou Souma will have to find a way to deploy them outside cold climate )

I also hope that now Gran Caos kingdom is practically Souma's vassal, he can gain the griffins for his air force

Problem with that is, most of the soldiers/fighters of "Turgis" are more adapted to fighting in colder & mountainous climate (same with those Numoth's). So, it would be hard for them to fight at other places with the same tropes. They would probably have to create new tropes as specialist combatant on normal lands.

Well, the Gran Chaos Empire has dissolved now, and the remaining lands under Maria (now "Jeanne") have been renamed as the Kingdom of Euphoria.

As for the Griffon tropes, well almost all of them have switched to Fuuga's side, as they were mainly under the command of Krahe Laval (introduced in LN v12) who had betrayed Maria and switched sides (well, he is the Yandere type of person, who wants to kill Maria, so that she remains as a "legendary figure", heck he even twistedly credits himself as the reason for the historic union between the Saint aka., Maria and the Summoned Hero, aka., Souma, as supposedly it was because of his betrayal that they two came together and bonded).

To do that, the Empire has to abolish the treaty, or otherwise, they can't join and have to handle every navy affairs with less assistance. Since the treaty remains in place, Souma knew that Friedonia and Ocean Alliance can't just send troops to assist Gran Chaos when they request help.

Well, from what's been said, it seems that, "Turgis" doesn't really have that much of Navy power either currently (since majority of the year, their Sea is frozen solid).
Instead, i think it was said that Kuu is using similar vehicle like Roroa Maru, as a base for his more specialize Navy, which could work on any environment, be it Sea or Land or Ice.

You mean, "Tomoe"
(Kaede is Halbert's Wife and the 2nd-in-command after Ludwin in the Army).

Well, it was said that, during the dissolve of the Gran Chaos Empire, it had lost almost all of its Land Army (as they were majorly part of those Nobles and Officers who switched to Fuuga's side), but its Navy was still intact which transferred over to the new Kingdom of Euphoria.

And while Tomoe can communicate with the Griffon's on what they desire and make a much more habitable environment for them (to help them breed and stuff). But she can't really help them train as "military assets" for combat. For that, more expertise knowledge would be required, which i think mostly have left for Fuuga's side.
So, getting Griffon's won't be that useful for Souma, if he doesn't have a military trainer for them.

Did we see the other queens reactions to Maria joining their ranks? Some of them must have assumed that the relationship between Souma and Maria would develop into romance given how close they are? We see that Naden is lead by Maria to serve as a means of transport, but do we see others, especially given that LN 14/15 will have a girls' talk between Liscia and Maria?

Also do we see Jeanne and Hakuya's leadership over the Kingdom of Euphoria?

Yesss!!!! Finally, I have gotten my ship sailed! I can assume that unlike Souma and Hal, Colbert is the one who keeps the reins in the house despite Mio being the technical heir due to the fact that he has to manage the domain and keep Mio in check.

Do we see scenes of Mio and Colbert together or do we just hear that the two married from other characters?

If it's the latest then usually jnovel won't translate the novel I'd it's the latest book or only 1 book to translate, if the novel is regulary being released., they will wait for further news of release or release of new book. If there are no further release or irregular release, they would wait for a bit before translating it.
