You can view your reputation in the User CP (see the link in the bar below the forum banner).

By default normal users can't see who the person is they've received reputation from though,
if I'm not mistaken. You can only see what post, time and comment you've received.

(I as admin can see who is giving me reputation but afaik that's an exception)

Yup, normal users are completely annonymous. Unless you put your name at the end, which I always do. It's nice to see who gave you rep (shame no-one ever signs -rep, they're obviously just scared that it'll be given straight back if they leave their name).
