Hmm, in a way you're right - what with Shirou seeing them before Archer's fight with Berserker.

Still, i really think Shirou should have clicked on about who Archer is.

If not him, at least Rin should, I'd like to think she is more observant than him.

Well, it seems exciting either way. The only thing that would disappoint me is if they bring Archer back w/o bringing Rider back as well.

Either leave em dead, or bring em together!

If I got the names correct then they created by a husband and wife pair and wife sacrifice herself by jumping into the furance or something like that so the husband can created his masterpiece.

How Archer ever got a look at that swords is beyond since they were suppose to be buried in tomb of the of Warlord form that period. The tomb is buried under a mountain and is rig to cave in if someone try to open the tomb.

If it's an open tomb, and he looks in the cave from the outside he should be able to, right (since he has good eyesight)? I know some old pharaohs used to put bejeweled weapons on top of their caskets (normally if they were mummified) :\

It is not a open tomb. Chinese Tombs back then were built like a palace. The Tombs itself has been found for a long time but no one has gone inside it because no one has figure how to open it without triggering the trap.

Hmmm ... didn't know that. Good info. Though technically, if you think about it, a Master in an older war could've had spiritual mode archer go in and check them out, right? (Or can they not traverse walls?)

All the pervious wars have been fought in the same city. What master has the time to take his servant sight seeing in China?

Rule Breaker seems kind of useful and powerful when it is used but still in the next preview
Saber is still fighting alongside Shirou and Rin then maybe
Spoiler:

I may be wrong though

Yeah, I forgot about that, I thought the wars changed locations there for a moment.
Although, he COULD come from China. If I remember correctly, Illya isn't originally from Fuyuki city right?

Rule Breaker would be so much cooler if it wasn't rainbow colored, imo (this is my first time seeing it)

Yes I know ... but technically he doesn't have to be summoned in his home town. I mean, Saber wasn't summoned to England :\

I wuz just saying that if Illya is a foreigner, in one of the previous 3 wars there could've been a Chinese dude that summoned archer and had him trace them ... lol, don't get miffed, I'm just trying to find possible explanations for it to work XD

Or he could have traced them from an opponent some where in the future.

Anyway, it's not indicated in the game where and when Archer got those twin blades.

Honestly, I have absolutely no idea where the anime is going from here, and I'm not really sure I care. >_<

OK, I just saw the raw and I can say I'm a bit disappointed. The graphic quality is, again, weird. Sometimes it's good, other times, characters have been drawn by people who were using their feet instead of their hands to hold a pencil.

Plotwise, it's evolving towards a brand new path. It's nice, but it can get a bit confusing. And Sakura is indeed mind controlled by Caster.

The stab with the Rule Breaker apparently didn't break Saber's contract. IMO, it would make no sense now that Shirou has transferred some of his Magic Circuit into Saber. What would be the point of him losing Saber now? We're not in UBW...

The part I really liked (and disliked as well, it's strange), is the fight against Kuzuki. This guy really PWNED everybody. And Saber is the one who received the hardest blows.

Concerning fanservice, it has decreased to leave room for plot development. However, Saber did blush once in this eppy .

I don't know what mark I'm gonna give to this eppy. There are things that did annoy me such as the graphics and the absence of the BGM we all love. Nonetheless, the Kuzuki part bring that up anyway.

So, I'm shivering. Do I give a 7 'cause I'm tired tonight and not in such a good mood (I'm stuck in Oblivion)?

Having a good sleep, waiting for the sub and make my decision thereafter would be the wisest thing to do. I'm off. Well, maybe not.

PS: we'll get to see some Assassin action in the next eppy. According to what Makube posted about ep.19 (which apparently mentioned something about ep.18, those who know will understand), the fight should be really great. So now, I'm craving for the next ep since Assassin is one of my fav. characters of the show.
