Well, that was something. I am not sure exactly what but it was diffidently a thing. I would say it looked like the animation was off but it really looked like they had animators working from three different design sheets and just mixed them at random.

Also I believe this is the first time I have seen the world saved by a tea party and some girl talk.

Yeah, if nothing else it was an entertainingly different show, each episode had its own merits or failings but at the very least the show was trying to be different.
And in a way an ending where the end of the world is prevented by sitting down and talking things over makes a change.

A decent series overall, even with the odd slip the good points make up for that. Especially episode 7 which was a real stand out episode.

serenade_beta そのおっぱいで13才 Join Date: Dec 2006	Spoiler for final thoughts: I have to say that after Akiba's Trip, I was disappointed that this wasn't really a linear and good story. 1 episode by episode, there were some good episodes (like the rather shocking Pot Pol-based episode), but I can't really say it was good as one complete story. The main protagonist honestly is not even the same character between each episode. Also, the ending is so inconclusive because the protagonist is like, oh, you can always meet me again! and then he dies. What?! And because it is so different between each episode, from animation style to quality to story-telling, it is kinda hard to grade this anime in whole.
