the Web novel is discontinued not the Lightnovel and manga

the web novel was shut down because of some legal issues, some say plagiarism,
but the Lightnovel and manga came after the shutdown,

Apparently later the traitorous whore gets raped and one of her arms gets cut off. I'm not sure if this was in the web novel or light novel. To be honest the main character had it coming after being a whiny bitch for too long especially after they were transferred to the other world and the childhood friend seeing their present situation decided in the end the best way for her to survive was by teaming up with guys who've been bullying him and betray him so she could live longer in that shitty world.

Actually I can't see the MC being more "whiny bitch" than the bullies after transfer, it's the same (and even more) for them. While MC got peasant-like status (so he preferred to be passive cause he actually couldn't do anything), the bullies got high (though not OP) capabilities from the start, and still decided to do the same. (Once I checked the WN with MTL and if I got it right seems like the bullies were abandoned by the kingdom (aka failed as heroes) cause though their status was rather high, but not unreasonably OP, something on level of knight, maybe elite knight. So it was more headache for the king to deal with otherworlders than they were worth)

If so she's in for one heck of a shock. After being inhumanely betrayed by a friend you known since childhood, it's pretty obvious the Mc lost all sense of trust.

After reading/catching up with the last few manga chapters. I can honestly say I am not raelly impressed with the story. Part of it may be I just dont like MCs who turn full retard of hate when its there own dam fault or partial blame. Like he got betrayed yeah. but he set himself up, should admit and take some part of the blame for his actions. Maybe I just cant explain it well. I guess someone throwing away their humanity, and then screaming about killing everyone leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

But on the plus side, that Gods servant seems interesting... Please kill me!. Its like the only motivation I would still read more O_O its like cute suffering.

Yes, kinda. The girl and her village have a problem. The place they live needs more genetic variation and a source of protein since there is no animals on that floor except for the rare monster that enters through the transport circle. They've done everything they could to make it all last. Breed monsters, maxed out the dismantle skill so that it gives out a shit ton of meat when used on a dead monsters, etc. And then they were forced to eat themselves and other adventures. See the floor they are on is a recovery point. 1-2 weeks is enough time to grow back a chopped off arm or leg. They capture the random adventurer and chop off body parts to eat, then wait for them to grow it back again. When there are no adventurers, they just do it one of their own. In MC's case, they need his meat AND she wants to fuck and marry him. She points out though that they really don't have much choice if they want to survive. And it's a rule to treat the captured adventurer with utmost respect. They don't even restrain him after they cut off a leg, and try to make him comfortable. MC hesitates because he knows they really are in a fucked up situation. But in the end he shuts up about his meat being tainted. Next day he makes some crutches and leaves the room he's in to find them unsurprisingly dead except for the one girl who's still conscious but barely. He explains that his meat is tainted and it's their own fault. But it's not like he's gonna preach to them about ethics or morals. They tried trick him and he just tricked them back. That's it.

Funny thing is. He completely understands why she betrayed him. Before he used to be pretty cool smart and popular, some shit happened and he started to stop giving a damn about everything. So he no longer studied, didn't do sports, or anything else, just lost complete motivation. He realized that she probably was trying real hard to not give up on him up until the last moment.

But that doesn't change a damn thing. He's still gonna kill her and he's gonna enjoy every last moment of it.

The bully is tired with her and for a large sum of cash they sale her and make her into a slave.
