If that's true then I really don't think he's increasing stats that much at the moment.

When he was still in the Orcus dugeon,in the beginning he would get skills and increase stats from every demon that he ate but after some floors he would only get skills from "floor bosses" and stats would only increase with demon that were stronger than the ones he already ate.

Not necessarily. Eating demons gives him a little stats and increases his growth cap. Like by the time they finished with the hydra boss he was only about 2000 in every stat, but he still had a bunch of room left to grow normally with training. We don't know if those 12k+ stats were even close to his growth cap.

She was defeated by hajime in a hard fight

it was already stated living things can't be stored.
