Is Jinguji getting the curse from Tachibana when they are not close together? He says he is getting weaker and is both making a man and a human-hating elf fall for him. That would be a twist. Also lol, that elf bait plan and it actually worked! XD

^ Wouldn't be surprised if Jinguji gets weaker away from Tachibana. Perhaps Tachibana's "curse" (attracts trouble etc) gets worse away from Jinguji too.

Rare to see someone so literally used as bait. Get the feeling this author doesn't like elves? Or at least, this elf... heh. She's also pretty much represents everything Jinguji doesn't like in women. Can definitely see them having some kind of hate-hate relationship

I guess we'll find out what squid is soon. My feelings: 80% related to Demon King, 10% random boss mob, 10% really weird Japanese guy brought over by some weird goddess.

Plus it makes sense sort of. He IS Tachibana's weapon after all. A weapon should not be able to walk and kill anything on its own without its owner around, so it makes sense that he gets weaker over time. I think Jinguji might even get stronger if ordered by Tachibana to do stuff. I just didn't expect him to start charming off other people as well while getting weaker. Maybe a defense mechanism to keep him alive till he meets Tachibana again?
