New character sheets...

The armor looks nice but it seems to lack the wolf theme. Maybe it'll be clearer in the movie.

The princess looks like a hybrid of Ximena and Ema.

Edit:

So just watch all the past teasers and promos for the movie and i somewhat grasp what the plot for Divine Flame will be.

The story takes place 4 years after the Carve Seal of Flames, Leon and Alfonso are sent to Vazelia Kingdom to slay a Horror that is said to be the most beautiful Horror in the world and rips the face of human woman. That horror is currently putting that world at great risk. Ema rejoins the team. Dario is somehow involved in this thing. And German somehow returns back to live.

Sounds somewhat vague yet somewhat not vague.

Anyway i hope we actually get to see Leon's younger brother or sister especially since we saw Ximena. And i like how they're expanding the world by introducing another kingdom at least i think it is. I guess this means the first Garo anime is set in a different world from the live action and Crimson Moon.

Edit 2: The main theme for the movie. I don't think anyone posted it yet.

Gouten!!! <3 Finally we get to see Gouten animated.

And Roberto, isn't that Germán's original name.

Still to think that Roberto is the focus of the movie.

If they follow the first 2 Garo movies, then it would be 90+ minutes. Well that depends to be seen though since this is the anime one.

HOLY ****!!!! Looks AMAZING =03!!! The choreography is amazing as always, and seeing German back in the flesh(even if its only on borrowed time or whatever) is double the treat.

It's almost hard to believe the same creators/scriptwriters who made the original made that.... other..... series =0(.

Because the main writer for this movie and 1st anime is Yasuko Kobayashi, she had the experience of writing 1 episode of Makai Senki and did the Zero spinoff series. Guren no Tsuki's main writer is Shō Aikawa and Toshiki Inoue, they had experience with Tokusatsu like Kamen Rider and Super Sentai but none with Garo. And the biggest reason to Guren no Tsuki's failure is that the two of them never really consulted on Amemiya (the creator of Garo), that's how the out of nowhere evolved Garo armor appears.

Just finish watching the RAW, i have to say it sure remove the bad aftertaste known as Crimson Moon. Now then on to Zero: Dragon Blood which will be out next year.

I just watched it raw too and I have to say that I really enjoyed the film. The story was good, the CG effects were well done and I get enough out of Gaia's transformation BGM. I particularly like the ending song "Howlite" and I loved the scene

On a different note, I really liked Crimson Moon myself, mostly because of Raikou and Seimei's interactions. It was just the last episode that bugged me because they left some things open, but I look forward to the next anime project.

Actually now that i think about it, this movie really does reference a lot back to the Garo: Beast of the White Night special.

B214 Senior Member Join Date: Jul 2014	Actually now that i think about it, this movie really does reference a lot back to the Garo: Beast of the White Night special. Spoiler for comparison: The victim girl in the beginning turns out to be the horror. A person the main protagonist knows gets temporarily revived. Amon - German Spear wielding knights appear. Dan - Zem The younger sibling of a Makai Knight gets kidnapped. Rin - Roberto The Madōgu was briefly hosted by the Horrors. Goruba - Jiruba Tsubasa was strict to Rin like how Leon was strict to Roberto till the end of the story.
