To a player of mmorpg, even without the detailed info. They can grasp the situation when you can't access your guild hall and bank but this episode explained it all in such details that it kinda hurts the scene. It gave too much details that even a viewer who is not familiar with it will understand what's happening.

But this is shown in NHK right? will it be alright for kids to watch this?

Last episode teaches Black Heart Glasses Shiroe the viewers on how to become a conman now he teaches kids how to blackmail adults

You control the money :O
Yakuza clans and corporates will be rubbing their hands with glee.

Silver Sword's going to be sorry they walked out when they find themselves blacklisted. If they won't be part of the solution, they're contributing to the problem.

I doubt they'll be blacklisted unless they explicitly oppose the council's decisions. They will be, however, kicking themselves that it actually came about without them putting their oar in. Regardless of his speech, I really think they believed that nothing would come of the meeting.

They'd be right too, if not for Shiroe.

Just a thought. If they can buy and own public buildings now, what happens if someone buys the church? Will they ban people from reviving there? Will people get kicked outside the church when revived, or revive in a different city? Or will they go to oblivion?

When one was ban (like Shredder) one was teleported outside of the building.

Probably.

When one dies. One still revived at the cathedral but immediately teleported outside.

Though the cathedral can also be used as a prison if you don't allow enter and exit on the building.

Remember Akatsuki could be locked inside Crescent Moon's guild hall by Henrietta. Whoever owns the cathedral could turn the place into a morgue easily: no one gets out.

This was an ok episode. It lacked all the wow and lol factors that the previous episodes had. The scene where he declared that he bought the guild building was a little anti climatic. I was expecting a show and tell or maybe make an example of the Silver Moon guild leader by locking him the room with the rest of them just to listen to his speech.

The wow factor is probably due to the super detailed explanations in the past episodes that you can guess on what he is already planning. Novel readers didn't get that feeling because they where surprised by the situation.

Samurai's 15 second silence would be completely broken in most MMORPGs. In a lot of MMOs, getting silenced = death.

oh GAWD!!! Shiroe is so BADASS....
glasses power is on roll....

It will be funny if Silver Sword knows what's happening... hahaha
they will be a villain guild forever if Shiroe didn't spare any mercy to them

Isaac is a tough guy.... although he knows his position...
that "Oh~shiiii" expression is priceless
and seeing Touya and Minori's escape quest is also great... seems like Touya is on wheelchair... so sad
well.. Log Horizon's member is particularly awesome... Akatsuki and Naotsugu's expression are priceless as well... hahaha

I also glad that the crafting trio guilds knew where their money is... and they seems glad as well

It's quite funny to see everyone only able to smile at the "goals presentation" scene
they know they couldn't do anything anymore
and Isaac only tried to find out all Shiroe's plan... not to resist him anymore

This is really Villain in Glasses

Does Shiroe get a commission(HUGE Bonus) from owning the Guild Hall? Since it is also the Bank.

Owning the Cathedral next would be a sure way to control the city.

Or Shiroe plans to buy all the Guild Halls in the four cities?

Nothing is free in this world... Even in elder tales.

Owning a building without upkeep is too broken.

If you got paid for owning a zone, eventually you'd automatically earn enough to buy another zone, then another, and another....and eventually own the city entirely. That could get pretty unbalanced pretty quick.

Actually there was only entry restriction mentioned. In Akatsuki's case, she was attempting to enter another room that is being restricted.

There was no mention of where did Shredder go after being banned in the novel. So I actually suspect he should be bounced back to his own guild hall - where he entered the guild building zone. In anime however, he got teleported outside, which I wonder how the teleport location is defined.
