Looks like this should all come to an end soon. Most of the assassins have been dealt with and Loid already suspects something is off about the bomb.

For her size and age, Anya's throw was actually pretty good.

Anya's luck is pretty damn amazing. She ended up throwing the weapon at the exact right spot. And of course, it was "just as planned".

Spy x Family anime has been confirmed. Can't wait to see how good it gonna be and how much the sales will rise once the anime airs.

Oh, I hadn't seen the posters, or whatever they are.

The chapter was indeed nice. Anya saved the day once again.

My question is about the process of getting anime adaptation how is it. Is it like based on popularity or the publisher goes to the author with offer of adaptation? Or is it like advertising to bring new audience to the source material?

I asked because for me if it's up to me I would wait on the anime adaptation for this manga to have enough materials for the anime.

Based on popularity because the one who green light the whole project is the publisher , if they think they can get a lot of money out of this , they will ask a studio to do it .
This is why there are so many Idol related anime .....as seemingly pointless as they are , Japanese love it when theirs favorite voice actor / idol have a role in it .

I would say it's up the publisher and the author and especially the author who has the final saying. I think I read somewhere that the author of Yotsubato said that it will never get an anime.

That is very rare case though , cus manga author also get fame and money from anime , unless he / she is financially stable he / she will not decline a chance to get the work animated .

Honestly there are so many good manga that i like to them in anime form , but the trend dictate otherwise .

The process of getting an anime adaptation could be different. Sometimes the anime studios go to the publisher, other times the publishers look for an anime studio.

The popularity of the manga is a pretty important factor to decide this.

Another thing, the anime studio doesn't make anime to promote manga. They create anime to promote merchandise (from its sponsors).

As it was mentioned, the author earns money and fame for the anime. So, although it is true that author's permission is necessary to adapt, it is quite unlikely that authors are going to refuse (especially if it is the first work adapted to anime).

It's also important to mention that the author will also need the publisher's permission for an anime adaptation.

An entire family that's full of liars and hypocrites. Bond is the only honest one out of all of them.

True that, loved how Yor only realized after saying her piece how outrageous she sounds like considering her own position full of lies. xD

Anya learned a valuable lesson. Lying really isn't for her.

To be fair, she'll have to some extent. It's not like anyone believes she is an esper, and it'd be even more dangerous if there is someone who would.

Not much to say here, but i think it was nice to see Loid and Bond become closer. It was also funny seeing what Bond looks like after he gets washed.

Wet Bond was hilarious. Loid showing genuine care and love for him was heartwarming.

A short extra chapter, but I found it pretty fun. Poor Bondman... he just wanted to share the love.

He should have taken tips from the actual Bond on keeping his love interests in different rooms( and movies).
