The one from Tate no Yuusha did a damn hood job with the LN version.

It would be as easy as: Tanaka is summoned to become a familiar, then he decides that serving a violent loli master is not worth the problems when he already has lolis waiting for him on the previous place and uses his skill points to get an ability to summon himself back
