Heh, considering that there it are more enemies than just the apostles, and how the author likes to depict detailed big fights (most boss fights have been 2~3 arcs long); this story might very well extend to more than a 100 volumes?

From what we've seen so far, there are only two continents: Pandora (West) and Ark (East). As for the second question, if by 'ate' you mean total conquest then it's obviously 0.

[Unknown Continent] <-> [(not yet Conquered side) Arc (Republic side)] <-> [Pandora]

...meaning, since the Republic had yet to conquer their own continent, they possibly have no idea there's another continent on that side . . .

If you haven't noticed it yet. Even with 500+ chapters. progression is pretty slow. Only good news is that latest chapter Kurono can at the least, probably put up a decent fight with a completely unsealed apostle in a 1 v 1. Of course, soon, he will go beyond that easily
