@Liddo-kun - Excellent Kotori and Nozomi cosplays. The costumes and hair are truly wonderful in both cases. Also great job by the cosplayers in posing/smiling like the character that they're cosplaying.

Thanks. There is no shortage of Love Live cosplayers at the convention.

For some reason, LL has become the dominant idol anime in cosplay conventions here. AKB48 and Idolmaster characters - has become very rare to see anyone doing a cosplay of them here. @_@

Stuff that happened during the Kouhaku broadcast:

Takanori Ishikawa (frontman of T.M.Revolution) showing the commentators what to do. Bless him!

Emitsun, Pai-chan, Mimorin and Uchi sitting in the commentary seat during a segment of the show. You can tell they had a lot of fun seeing some of their favourites on stage. It's a longer segment and you need some raw Japanese skills to understand it.

ANN: The tentatively-titled Love Live! School idol diary 2nd season manga will also debut in the April issue on February 29. It will be the second manga to adapt Sakurako Kimino's Love Live! School idol diary novel series with illustrations by Yūhei Murota. Shōji Shibasaki is drawing the series.
Masaru Oda began the first Love Live! School idol diary manga in the inaugural June 2014 issue of Dengeki G's Comic in April 2014.

It's a bit different but here's something to get your head around.

This is a preview of the iM@S concert that was held at Tokyo Dome last year. You'll have to get your head round the fact the venue is huge and with the Final Live being held there, it's bound to be a spectacle.

Wasn't that surprise since the setlist was up for a while. Was happy to see a short animated segment so that's a plus.

I don't remember her... but of course it is perfectly possible that I hadn't noticed since I don't usually pay so much attention to background characters.

by the way, is there a thread for the manga version? I started reading it and although it is pretty different I am enjoying it
