Cool call me mad bumper

OK, I read through this thread, and gave the ep. 7 only.
Only because I found Berserker sort of lame, which is a shame for someone who's supposed to be terrifying. Then the lips synchro... (cf my previous posts in the others eps thread)

Then something I think no one mentioned : the use of Mozart's Requiem "Lacrimosa". I think this is completely out of place. Well, there's crying involved, and some death too, but still, I didn't like it. Especially because I'm very fond of Mozart. I felt like this was just sort of a "music filler". Maybe some people won't agree, but still, that's what I think.

Then
Spoiler for Shirou in ep.4:

Anyways, I liked the end, and how Saber and Shirou get along together. I don't think anyone mentioned she starts to use keigo when she adresses him, as she was using neutral form since the moment she appeared. It feels sort of strange. Like she got more submissive, or something.

Well, I think I'll understand why later.

Highlight : Tôsaka is cute and funny too all episode long. Pure deredere, as kj might say.

As you watch the series, I think you'll find that the action is not as great as it could be, most of the time. Fortunately, action is secondary in why this series is good. It serves the purpose. And in some parts it is really good.

The only time I found Berserker terrifying is in the game intro and in the anime promo trailer. Those are about the only times when he is drawn well.

I guess Saber got more polite after he saved her "life." She started to realize that there is something extraordinary about this boy. What does keigo mean? I don't speak Jpnese.

Yeah, I suppose that's a good explanation. Oh, and sorry, in Japanese "keigo" sort of means "honorifics". "Honorifics" is a bit too strong a word in my opinion, but still, her way of speaking changes, so I don't know. Yet again, I guess you're right.

I liked it because it's fitting for the moment. I don't remember if this is ever mentioned in the series, but IIRC, Kiritsugu died that same night.

The name that was given to that track in the OST was "Requiem for a hero" or something like that.

I wish they had used bestial roars instead of a voice actor. In my opinion, he looks OK, but sounds lame.

Thanks for the info, and as I usually say, it's all a matter of taste. I don't know if that kitsurugi's death will be explained though.

At least we agree on berserker, don't we?

Well, fyi, Shirou does get cut in half in the game. Not completely, but partly.

In the manga too. The first volume ends with a priceless "BLARGH! MY SPLEEN!" moment.
