Well, in 6-4/6-5, he does sell captured robbers as crime slaves, so at one point...he was one, though I'm sure most people would prefer to call him "bounty hunter" rather than "slave dealer", but, well, semantics...

No, she's a special quest. As anelf, it would take several hundred years until she looks grown-up enough to become a viable "woman" in Satou's eyes.

Obvioulsy, the story can't go on for that long, hence->Special Quest!

When does Saito get the viscount upgrade? And I am assuming its after Baron Muno becomes earl, as a viscount is above a baron, and being his vassal he should be of a lower rank.

Also doesn't him getting that title all but force his hand with Sera and Karinia? That makes him a high noble, I don't think there is an issue with his harem being mistresses, but at that point he needs a person of similar rank for appearance sake.
