I read Chapter 47 on Viz's site. I have to wonder if awakening the memories of the Great Lord of Lords inside Boo actually made him forget his own memories, or at least made the memories of the Lord of Lords dominant. Because in the chapter he's talking as if he's the Great Lord of Lords himself after he sees Moro, talking about Moro killing "his friends" (he says, "my friends").

At the end of the chapter, Vegeta notes and also calls Goku's attention to the fact that Boo's energy levels aren't dropping. Moro's energy-absorption ability isn't working on him.

He still seems to be a bit childish so I think the two personalities fused. Moro being unable to absorb Boo's energy is one thing, but it doesn't explain how Boo is able to dominate him.

That scene with Vegeta and the elder Namekian was good.

Yeah, I also liked that scene with Vegeta and the Elder Namekian. It also shows another example of Vegeta's own character development and how much he's changed from the time he destroyed Namekian villages in the past.

I guess the reason Boo can dominate him like that is because he's still stronger than Goku and Vegeta? Or maybe he's just as strong, but this is what Goku and Vegeta would be able to do to Moro if he couldn't absorb their energy.

If that's really the biggest problem, I wonder if Goku and Vegeta can find a way to keep their energy from being absorbed. Though it's possible that that, itself, requires magic.

Goku and Vegeta surpassed Boo long ago. A much weaker Moro that wasn't even using his absorption at that point was able to take a punch (maybe even more, I don't remember) from SSG Vegeta without getting much damage. Here he's already bleeding.

Maybe it will be explained better next chapter, but to me it seems Toyotaro went as crazy with the power scaling as Toei did.

Yeah, then I don't get it lol. How the heck is it that a weakened Moro who wasn't even using his absorption ability was able to tank a punch from SSG Vegeta. If it was when Vegeta wasn't at full power in SSG mode, then I could understand. What chapter is it in?

Chapter 44. He may have landed some hits in chapter 45 too, I don't really remember.

I won't try to make sense of this, but if I can add a theory is that the absorption is always On and suck a shitton so even before the battle Goku and Vegeta were already fucked. That is the only thing I can think of this. For that I said that maybe 17 should be able to beat Moro. I don't think his absorption works in him.

The Androids don't have any energy to sense or absorb, right? Of course they'd be immune. But yeah, I think you might be right about the absorption always being on.

18 and 17 helped with the genkidama to defeat Buu. So no, they wouldn't be immune, but since their energy is endless he would only get stronger and stronger.

Only few images were leaked. So we are not sure if Moro was defeated for good or not right now. Official release will be in few days so the wait wont be long.
