Oh ho? Hmm ... always up for a good shoujo - although to be honest I do not remember if I have read this one or no. There are a couple out there with numbers before the "sai" phrase in their names and I get them mixed up.

But if this is the one I think it is ... hasn't it already received an OVA?

Finally! I've been waiting for this. The OVA wasn't nearly enough. I'm excited.

Well it's not 17-sai, that's for sure. (I stumbled upon that while trying to read 14-sai no Koi, and it's the most horrific manga ever written.)

Horrific as in badly written or horrific as in the events that take place?

Anyway this looks like it could be a cute coming of age story.

I don't find 14-sai to be horrible by any means, though one of the characters (a teacher) is pretty horrible.

The author seems to like this kind of pairings with older girl young boy. At least I've read a short story of hers about the same topic (ten year age gap)

17-sai is based upon one of the most horrific murder cases in Japanese history.

Now that's a method of introducing the pv I was not expecting.

Kinda like it (the method I mean).

Am looking forward to this one.

Seems they used a little footage from the OVA for the series pv too, though. Hmm....

Now I want them to splice 17-sai's story with 12-sai's art style.

Just skimmed through the first episode and it looks like a recap of the OVA that came out a while ago. Maybe this'll convince someone to do a decent translation. But I rather look forward to this; there's something really sweet and charming about the life and love of someone who's still pretty much innocent, someone who may be starting to develop sexual feelings but for whom they're still small and simple enough that they still dream of a prince on a white horse instead of an athlete in a swimsuit.
