While this does technically announce a torrent, it's only a torrent for lack of a better file distribution mechanism, and it's not for a video file. Also, I expect there to be discussion on it, and putting it in the Torrent Announcements forum seems like a good way to get nobody to read it

In accordance with our policy regarding distributing material available anywhere (subtitled or not) in legitimate commercial form, We Suck has removed our torrents for Popotan episodes 5 and 6, and released our scripts for those episodes in DVDSubber format. If you liked Popotan, we hope you'll support its creators by buying the R2 DVDs--DVDSubber lets you watch it subtitled, so you can't use lack of translation as an excuse anymore.
