But okay, let me take you up on your offer and ask you this one that has been somewhat bothering me.

We see a lot of the Watanagashi arc explained well in this answer arc, but one thing was left out. At the very end of the arc in episode 8 after Keiichi was stabbed by Shion and hospitalized, was it Mion then who showed up in his ward? I've read that Keiichi could've been hallucinating this part, but I am not convinced. We know that Shion is dead, but Mion could've survived the fall into the well (who knows how many body broke her fall). So if I assume that it was Mion, I then have to ask, why would she be performing such a barbarous act?
