I know Hori is a big fan of Naruto, but he didn't have to make it as predictable as Naruto was. AFO and Shigaraki are basically Madara and Obito. He also made a big mistake introducing Eri, there are zero stakes because of her. Yes, we were told she didn't have enough power stored up to help Deku, but of course that's what's going to happen.
