Seems like they have changed the translation for this part.
Because from what i see after translating the Chinese Sub
(haven't found a Japanese Sub of the Episode yet) and the BiliBili English Sub, it seems that Tomoe comments that she wouldn't mind if Makoto did the same to her and could learn from Tomoki on being a bit lecherous.
This matches with what we get in the Novel & Manga.
Edit: Found the Japanese Sub, and it says
"は 若にも見習っていただきたいところじゃが" which translates to
"I wish young master could learn from him".
