There's nothing hinting to that. Majority of the trailer story supposedly takes place within the Muv-Luv Alternative universe/timeline. It's either events before Alternative or events after Alternative (post-ouka)
Unless of course you're referring to TDA/Resonative. Well TDA is now considered a branched out timeline from Alternative, but since TDA still isn't over yet. Can't really tell if it's actually branched out or just a big curve ball.
