Yup. Yoshimune only did episode 1 and choose the new VA. Well he did rant a bit about how the fans aren't the ones most frustrated over the butchering.
But yeah i think it's also quite true, if we're going to talk about frustrated, he's probably the most frustrated considering how long and how much he put into the trilogy.
