I like Database as much as you guys. But I looked up the lyrics for both Different (the OP for Season 3) & Database; if you ask me, Different is a lot more fitting than Database for Season 3's OP.

Kobato from BAND-MAID herself even said that Different was specifically made for this season of Log Horizon:

"For the lyrics, I read the original novel and wrote the words that are used in the anime as well, keeping in mind that they have a strong impact. I wanted the lyrics to be suitable for people who like the original novel, so I chose the words carefully." - Kobato (BAND-MAID).
