MC's team is just Mimi and elf girl. The doctor doesn't join, but she has gained MC's trust in her to keep his biological details secret. In Arc 3 he saves a noble space heiress, but she doesn't join full-time. (Plus she's quite young.) Serena is a recurring character, but I don't think she fully joins MC's team.
