I wonder how strong Ryuuteimaru can be without connecting to Ise. If he can also help Ise in fights like Ddraig that'll be awesome. AxA doesn't seem like the kind of form Ise will use casually unless the situation requires serious attack power, way above Heavenly Dragon level.

Ryuuteimaru's growth sounds like it transcended with Great Red's power to support Ise who's soul is reaching its limit due to progressing too fast. They did mention AxA as safer compared to DxD G
As for how strong, it's impossible to tell yet because Ryuuteimaru hasn't actually fought before (without Ise). That said the evolve Ryuuteimaru does seem have room to grow or rather support Ise. Like maybe he can detached a part of himself to support Ise instead of combining into AxA. Or creating weapons for Ise and his allies to use. Well this is just speculation on my part.
