I wonder how strong is Revolutionary Dragon? Is he equal to Whitebeard and Roger? Or is his strength equal to Shanks and the other emperors? His infamy seem to make him at Whitebeard and Roger's level but his headquarter was looted by Blackbeard. Since he was looted by Blackbeard but didn't die I would estimate him at the level of an emperor.
