IIRC Moon Cradle's a sidestory arc about 2 books long (Vol 19-20), there's only 1 volume of Unital Ring (Vol 21), and apparently Kawahara's been super busy supervising the SAO anime/games etc. and writing new installments of his other series like Isolator etc.

Aniplex said somewhere that they will animate all SAO main canon, so more anime will definitely come.
In the waiting of Unital Ring they can animate SAO Progressive (Aincrad arc retelling with every floor). With tons of KiriAsu moments in it they will secure their monies.
Moon Cradle I kinda doubt it because the main plot is unfinished to the point that Reki had to sum up the gist of what happened after vol 20 ending in... v20 Afterword. Maybe they will make OVA, or just summing up the UW cast's fate in Alicization anime, it's not that much. (Which I have a feeling they'll do it, at this rate the anime is rushing even faster than previous cour)
Btw, vol 22 Kiss and Fly is a compilation of BD side stories. Unital Ring II (vol 23) will be out in Dec 10
