But to do it every, single, time he has screentime is a bit much. Heck, even the LN version of Accelerator wasn't THIS chuuni, sure, he did his little villain monologue but at least he felt like he restrained himself from going full chunni. Heck, that little laugh he does in the anime is also being overused quite a bit, since in the LN he isn't THAT euphoric at everything he says and does.
Also, someone on the anime team must be a Index (the character) fanboy because those EDs focusing on her are getting a bit too tiring. Sheesh, at least show us something that is actually of importance to the story in them so instead of Index posing in abstract backgrounds with no relation to anything at all.

Those are not equal to each other. Toumas' speeches are used to challenge the antagonists beliefs until they either make a mistake or realize that they are ok the wrong side.
Accelerator just drops the villain line in every time he speaks for no reason other than sounding like an edgelord. You did a good deed Accelerator, either stay quite and leave while being thanked or pull a Batman and disappear before getting said thanks, no need to act THAT edgy.
