So Leon officially has a 3rd fiance now (and more coming).

His 3rd fiance is Noel, the MC of the 2nd Otome game (she has the same name as the dog Leon looked after for a bit till it died).

Also for possible other brides/fiance.....
The queen decided to make her daughter (a princess called Erika) marry Leon. The king also has kids with his other concubines but he became really upset about the queen deciding to make Erika become Leon's wife in the future. Btw this Erika girl have not appeared in the story yet and her name was only mentioned. The only we know about her is she is the King's favourite daughter, that she is 15 years old, and she was already engaged to someone else before the Queen made her decision (though the King was against her previous engagement too).

Because the so-called princess will become Leon's bride/fiance in the future it opened more space for Leon to have more concubines. One of the candidate would be Clarissa since her dad knew about Queen's decision and is agreeing with her decision (most likely so Clarissa can become one of Leon's concubines).

Clarissa is the girl who appeared in the 2nd story (or 2nd volume of LN if you are reading the LN). The former fiance of Jilk.
