The names of the Maou's descendants listed along with Rizevim seemed to be the children of the original Maou.

People such as Rizevim, Raynare, Euclid and others are extremely immature despite being centuries old even in vanilla DxD. Age doesn't necessarily correlate to maturity, so bullying a child doesn't really say anything to imply it wasn't Bidleid.
