In episode 14 where she said him to save some of that love for her (talking about Emilia) it pretty much showed that she knows his feelings for Emilia, which made her actions and feelings for him all the more heartbreaking since he up until now had eyes only for Emilia. Hopefully with her latest actions towards him, Subaru now knows of those feelings and the ultimate sacrifice she made for him *SubaruXRem FTW
