It's for this reason Hanekawa didn't really lose. She was avoiding looking into the worst type of scenario, while Ougi's mentality is always fatalistic. Hanekawa was genuinely trying to help Araragi, while Ougi only wanted to quickly solve the mystery as a detective, and became petty about giving the answers because of the loss earlier.
The only mark you COULD give against Hanekawa is her in essence coddling Araragi and Sodachi, which is where you could see her actually react sadly, because she realized it was true.
