Pretty much yeah. A few of us can read the words, although it doesn't take much to understand
"volume 14 announced!" .
There's a system to this though- the first initial announcement would come 2 months before the release, which would have a brief synopsis and the release date.
1 month before the release, we'll have a more detailed synopsis and the cover illustration.
No point asking any more than for these specific info.
