Maybe it will be a reunion in the beginning. Izumi and kasumi go out with mayumi a lot, and Mari also hangs out Mayumi. So it would probably have to do with a meeting of sorts or confrontation.
Maybe Nao gets injured/killed, he was/is watching Tatsuya. Mari confronts Tatsuya and blames him, which leads to a fight or Mayumi intervening.
